Market-leading US Projects & Infrastructure team is seeking two mid-level to senior associates (3–6 years' experience) to support tax equity, project finance and project development work. The role will involve advising on tax equity and project financings as well as development matters such as construction/EPC agreements and offtake arrangements.

The team works collaboratively across multiple U.S. offices and is open to candidates based in Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York, Houston, Los Angeles or Northern California. The group offers professional development, comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

3–6 years of relevant law firm experience in project finance, tax equity or project development
Experience with construction/EPC contracts and offtake agreements preferred
Strong academic credentials and demonstrated transactional experience
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and manage complex financings
Active U.S. bar admission or eligibility to practice in the U.S.
