Projects Solicitor — Future Energy, Sydney

Join a leading future energy team in Sydney as a Projects Solicitor working across the energy transition. The role involves advising on project and infrastructure development, energy markets and reform, regulatory and market design, energy M&A and project financing for energy assets.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team advising developers, investors, banks, governments, regulators and market operators on commercial and regulatory matters in the renewable and transition energy sectors. The team is highly ranked and focused on significant transactions and sector reform.

• Qualified solicitor with experience in energy or infrastructure projects, preferably in renewables or transition energy.

• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to build internal relationships.
