Join a national Property & Projects team as a Lawyer or Associate based in Sydney. The role offers broad real estate and projects work across social infrastructure, renewable energy, property funds and public sector engagements.

You will advise on development and funding arrangements for community housing and social infrastructure, support land assembly and land access documents for renewable energy projects (including easements and options), assist on acquisitions, disposals and due diligence for property funds, and support public sector property matters at state and Commonwealth levels.

The team is large and collaborative, providing strong national support and exposure to complex, cross-discipline matters. The role suits a motivated lawyer who wants varied, substantive work and hands-on responsibility.

2–4 years post-admission experience in real estate and/or projects law at a reputable mid‑to‑large firm
Experience or strong interest in social infrastructure, energy/renewables or property funds
Ability to handle work for multiple partners and across jurisdictions as required
Strong drafting, technical and analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication
Client-focused, commercially minded and able to prioritise and work autonomously or in a team
