Join a national general insurance practice as an Associate or Senior Associate based in Melbourne. The role focuses on property damage liability claims, recoveries and indemnity/coverage disputes, with carriage of your own files under appropriate supervision.

The team acts for insurers across coverage, monitoring and defence matters, including subrogated recoveries, complex indemnity disputes and large-loss litigation. The firm offers hybrid working, career development programs and flexible leave options.

3–4+ years post-admission experience in insurance law, with exposure to property damage, indemnity and/or large-loss recoveries
Experience providing indemnity and coverage advice to insurers
Proven ability to manage litigation end-to-end through the courts
Strong legal drafting and evidence preparation skills, with attention to detail
Clear communicator and collaborative team player
