Join a growing property litigation team acting for a broad mix of landlords, tenants, developers, lenders, receivers, investors and public-sector clients. The team operates across multiple regional offices and is handling a varied caseload of commercial and residential property disputes.

The role offers early-career solicitors the chance to manage their own matters, support senior colleagues on larger instructions and contribute to the team’s expansion. Qualified solicitor with approximately 1–2 years PQE in property litigation or related real estate disputes.
Experience across commercial property litigation matters such as restrictive covenants, rights of light, injunctions, possession claims, title/boundary disputes, lease disputes (forfeiture, break clauses, renewals) and dilapidations.
Strong drafting and legal analysis skills, confident client-facing ability, and experience managing a caseload to deadlines.
Commercial mindset, good project management skills and an interest in business development and profile-raising activity.
