We are seeking a Property MLS Lawyer (0–3 years’ PQE, English law) to join a growing Property Managed Legal Services team in Manchester. The role focuses on portfolio-led asset management work, delivering efficient, high-quality legal support for large-scale and high-volume property portfolios.

The successful candidate will draft, review and negotiate leases, licences, variations, surrenders, renewals and related documents, and take ownership of routine asset-management transactions. You will work closely with clients’ in-house estates and operational teams to provide practical, commercially minded advice within a managed-service delivery model.

This is a role for someone interested in legal technology, process improvement and efficient service delivery, with options for flexible and hybrid working. The team emphasises collaborative working and continuous improvement to meet client objectives.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 0–3 years’ PQE in property/asset management.
Practical experience drafting and negotiating leases, licences, assignments, renewals and related documentation.
Comfortable supporting portfolio-focused or high-volume asset-management work and liaising with estates/operational teams.
Commercial mindset, strong drafting skills and the ability to provide clear, pragmatic advice.
Interest in legal technology, process improvement and efficient managed-service delivery; strong team player.
