Well-established law firm in Atlanta seeks a Public Finance Associate to join its Specialty Finance group. The role focuses on traditional tax-exempt bond financings, economic development incentives, and public–private partnership work within a transactional public finance practice.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating loan and bond-related documents, managing transaction workflows, coordinating with internal teams and external parties, and interfacing directly with clients and other deal participants. 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in public finance, real estate, financial services, or corporate transactional work
Experience or strong interest in tax-exempt bond financings, economic development incentives, and public–private partnerships
Proven drafting and document-negotiation skills (loan/bond documents preferred)
Client-facing experience and ability to manage deal workflows with multiple stakeholders
Excellent academic credentials and strong communication and teamwork skills
