Senior Associate — Leveraged Finance / Private Credit, Atlanta

Seeking a Senior Associate (5–7 years' experience) to join a national finance practice based in Atlanta. The role focuses on leveraged finance and private credit transactions representing financial institutions, private credit funds, BDCs and non‑bank lenders in sponsor‑backed deals.

Responsibilities include leading and executing sponsor‑backed acquisition financings, multi‑lender and syndicated facilities, unitranche/first‑out–last‑out and senior/mezzanine structures, cash‑flow and asset‑based lending, intercreditor mechanics, and liability‑management and recapitalization transactions. The role is client‑facing and requires ownership of transactions through closing in a fast‑paced environment.

• 5–7 years' transactional experience in leveraged finance/private credit or equivalent finance practice
• Proven experience representing lenders, private credit funds, BDCs or non‑bank lenders on sponsor‑backed and syndicated financings
• Strong technical skills with unitranche, mezzanine/subordinated financings, intercreditor arrangements, LMEs, refinancings and amendments
• Client‑facing, project‑management ability and comfort driving transactions to close
• J.D. and active bar admission (or equivalent) preferred
