A growing finance practice is hiring a Mid-to-Senior Associate to join its Atlanta office finance team. The role focuses on complex lending matters, supporting transactions for lenders and corporate borrowers across domestic and cross-border financings.

Typical work will include acquisition financings, cross-border financings and syndicated credit facilities, working with deal teams on documentation, negotiations and client advice. The group is in a large-firm environment with opportunities for significant transactional experience.

2–6 years post-qualification experience in finance/lending transactions
Experience representing financial institutions and/or corporate borrowers on acquisition, syndicated and cross-border financings
Familiarity with large law firm transactional processes and teamwork
Active membership in the Georgia Bar
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
