Restructuring & Insolvency Associate (Junior-to-Mid-Level) - Atlanta

An Atlanta-based opportunity has opened for a junior associate to join a broad and diverse restructuring and insolvency group. The role centers on lender, agent, and company-side workout and enforcement representations, with exposure across the full range of matters handled by the practice.

The team values experience in debt finance, corporate trust, and chapter 11 and chapter 15 bankruptcy proceedings. A bankruptcy court clerkship or related bankruptcy experience is also highly regarded. The incoming associate can expect meaningful responsibility and varied work within a collaborative creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and insolvency practice.

Candidates must be an active member of the New York bar.

• Active membership in the New York bar
• Junior-to-mid-level associate experience
• Background in bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and restructuring matters
• Valued experience in debt finance, corporate trust, chapter 11, and chapter 15
• Bankruptcy court clerkship or related experience highly valued
