Finance Associate — Finance & Banking, Atlanta

Seeking a finance associate to join a busy Business Finance practice in the Atlanta office on a full-time, partnership-track basis. The role involves handling a range of finance transactions with emphasis on secured lending, syndicated facilities and middle‑market lending.

Ideal candidates will have strong drafting and analytical skills, experience on both lender and borrower sides (including workouts), and the ability to work collaboratively on deal teams. Georgia bar admission is preferred and must be obtained within one year of start.

• 1–3 years' relevant finance / banking experience
• Experience with Article 9 UCC matters, syndicated lending and middle‑market lending
• Experience representing lenders and borrowers in workouts is a plus
• Strong academic record and excellent analytical, organizational and writing skills
• Georgia bar preferred; required within one year of joining
