Join a national public finance team as an associate based in Los Angeles. The practice advises on a broad spectrum of municipal and infrastructure financings, including revenue- and general-obligation financings for schools, hospitals, transit, housing, public power and other public-sector projects.

The role offers exposure to deal work across multiple offices and client types, working with senior attorneys on tax-exempt and taxable bond issues, credit-enhancement structures, and related documentation. Candidates will participate in all stages of financings from diligence and document drafting to closing and post-closing matters.

J.D. and active California bar admission (or eligibility)
Prior experience in public finance or municipal bond representation preferred
Strong drafting and transactional skills; comfort with financing documents and tax-exempt bond rules
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and handle multiple matters to closing
