A Global M&A team in Boston is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate with substantial public company M&A experience. The role focuses on buy- and sell-side public-company transactions and related securities law work across sectors including technology and life sciences.

Successful candidates will join a high-volume, cross-practice M&A group and work on significant, market-facing deals. The team offers exposure to a broad range of public-company transactional matters and the opportunity to develop as a trusted strategic advisor to clients.

Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across practices and geographies.

3–6 years' PQE in M&A/transactional practice with a focus on public company deals
Experience with securities-law aspects of public M&A (registration, disclosure, tender offers) and buy-side/sell-side representation
Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies preferred
Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; deal sheet required
Excellent drafting, communication, and teamwork skills
