Established international law firm is seeking a qualified lawyer to join its Sydney office. The role offers exposure to cross-border corporate and transactional matters, working with senior deal teams on a variety of client mandates.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, high‑performance practice group and will have opportunities to develop technical skills and client experience across international workstreams. This is a practice-focused role with regular contact across offshore teams.

Qualified to practise in Australia (admitted or eligible for admission)
Strong academic record and solid commercial awareness
Practical experience in corporate or international transactions (training contract, junior associate or equivalent experience)
Excellent drafting, communication and teamwork skills
