Join a market-leading Real Estate practice in Sydney as an Associate supporting high-value commercial property transactions and major developments. The team advises Australian and international investors, developers, funds and corporates across office, retail, industrial, residential, build-to-rent, infrastructure-adjacent and mixed‑use matters.

Day-to-day work includes advising on acquisitions and disposals, drafting and negotiating transactional and development documentation, and supporting projects from structuring through delivery. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across finance, tax, construction, planning and regulatory teams and work directly with clients.

1–3 years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate transactions and developments
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with experience allocating risk in complex agreements
Commercial judgment, attention to detail and excellent analytical and communication skills
Team-focused attitude with willingness to support and mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practice groups
