We are seeking a 3–4 PQE Real Estate Associate, admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales, to join a highly regarded global real estate practice. The role is the first associate hire in the Belfast office and will work closely with a larger UK team to support UK and cross-border real estate matters.

Day-to-day work will include advising corporates and institutional clients on acquisitions, disposals, asset management, due diligence and post-completion matters, and supporting real estate finance and multi-jurisdictional transactions. The role will involve managing local support staff and occasional travel to the London office.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3–4 years PQE
Substantial commercial real estate experience from an international or city firm
Good knowledge of Land Registry and UK tax (HMRC) processes
Strong drafting, communication, client relationship and team-working skills; commercial mindset and willingness to learn
