Mid- to senior-level associate role within a top-tier international real estate practice group, based in Boston with opportunities across major U.S. offices. The team advises on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, developments, joint ventures, and portfolio transactions.

The position offers significant transactional responsibility, collaboration across offices and geographies, and exposure to institutional clients, REITs and real estate funds. The group values teamwork, mentorship, and structured professional development for associates advancing their careers.

4–6+ years of law firm real estate experience (acquisitions/dispositions, construction and permanent financing, joint ventures).
Experience with portfolio transactions, REITs, real estate funds, and equity joint venture structuring.
Familiarity with a broad range of asset types (residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, land).
Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills; team-oriented with interest in increasing responsibility.
Strong academic credentials and admission to the New York bar or eligibility to waive in.
