Leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a collaborative, market-facing practice in Brussels. The role involves advising on sophisticated real estate capital markets and private equity transactions, including asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financings, development projects, distressed debt investments, and commercial leasing matters.

The associate will work cross-functionally with teams handling public finance, energy & infrastructure and restructuring matters, counsel clients through changing market cycles, and contribute to complex, high-profile transactions. The position offers structured training, mentorship and opportunities for substantive client work.

2–3 years of law firm real estate experience.
Experience with real estate capital markets, private equity investments, joint ventures, financings, development or commercial leasing.
Highly motivated with strong client-service and drafting skills.
Membership in a U.S. State Bar and ability to satisfy any jurisdictional requirements of the hiring office.
