Real Estate Associate — Century City (also San Francisco)

Leading international law firm seeks a Mid‑ to Senior‑level Real Estate Associate to join its California transactional real estate team in Century City with an option to sit in the San Francisco office. The role focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing.

Ideal candidates will have strong large‑firm transactional experience (boutique real estate backgrounds considered), the ability to manage small‑to‑mid sized matters or portions of larger matters, excellent drafting, oral advocacy and research skills, and a collaborative client‑service mindset. Familiarity with real estate financing is a plus.

Must be admitted to the California Bar.

• At least 3 years of transactional real estate experience (mid‑ to senior level)
• Active California bar admission
• Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, development, land use/zoning and commercial leasing
• Strong drafting, research and client communication skills; ability to manage workstreams on team matters
• Familiarity with real estate finance desirable
