Work will focus on commercial real estate transactions including landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases, investments, disposals and portfolio matters, with a particular emphasis on regeneration and residential development work.

England & Wales qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE
Experience in regeneration/development acquisitions and disposals; development work for housebuilders desirable
Strong drafting skills, commercial judgement and the ability to run multiple files efficiently
Confident communicator with good stakeholder management and proven title due diligence experience
