Top-tier national law firm seeks mid- to senior-level real estate associates to join its Dallas and New York offices. The role focuses on sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, joint ventures and development transactions.

Candidates should enjoy collaborative, team-oriented work and will support transactional matters for institutional and corporate clients across complex deals. The group offers exposure to a broad range of commercial real estate work and transactional responsibility commensurate with experience.

Mid- to senior-level associate with substantial transactional real estate experience (acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, development)
Strong academic record and excellent drafting and communication skills
Comfortable working on complex, team-based transactions and multiple matters simultaneously
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission as required
