Real Estate Associate — Dallas

Top-tier law firm seeks mid-level to senior Real Estate associates to join a growing Dallas transactional team. The role involves work across mortgage and mezzanine finance, joint-venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and development matters.

Ideal candidates will join a collaborative group that emphasizes mentorship, professional growth and a supportive work culture. Strong transactional lawyers from other practices who can translate skills to real estate will also be considered.

• Mid-level to senior associate with substantial transactional real estate experience (mortgage/mezzanine finance, joint-venture equity, acquisitions/dispositions, and/or development)
• Comfortable on lender and/or borrower-side matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills
• Team-oriented with a record of client-facing responsibility; bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify
