Attorney opening for a real estate land use associate to join a national firm’s Texas real estate team. The role supports complex land-use matters including zoning, entitlements, variances, platting and subdivision, development agreements, and local land development code interpretation.

The position is open to candidates in multiple Texas offices (Austin, Dallas, Houston) and a virtual option; candidates must reside in Texas and be able to attend in-person zoning and planning hearings. The team seeks proactive, client-facing lawyers who can manage multiple matters, articulate legal strategy, and work effectively with public agencies and developers.

Minimum ~5 years' experience in land use, zoning, and entitlements.
Active Texas bar license required; must reside in Texas and be able to attend in-person hearings.
Experience with variances, platting/subdivision, development agreements, and municipal processes.
Strong writing, client communication, and project-management skills; ability to work under pressure.
