Real Estate Associate — Real Estate

A nationally focused real estate team is seeking a 2-3 year associate to join its transactional practice. The role involves advising on real estate capital markets and private equity transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financings, development matters, distressed-investment work and commercial leasing.

You will collaborate with cross-practice teams including public finance, energy & infrastructure and restructuring, and counsel clients through shifting market cycles. The group emphasizes mentorship, formal training and integration into client teams.

• 2-3 years of law firm real estate experience
• Admission to the bar of a U.S. state and ability to meet jurisdictional requirements
• Strong academic background, excellent drafting and client-service skills, and high motivation
