Mid- to senior-level associate role in a Real Estate Capital Markets team based in Charlotte. The practice focuses on commercial real estate financing and related investment matters across a broad range of commercial property types.

Typical matters include representation of lenders in origination of mortgage loans and structured debt, workouts and restructurings of distressed commercial real estate loans, and transactional work tied to purchases and sales of commercial property.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission (or eligibility) in the relevant jurisdiction.
Mid- to senior-level associate with hands-on experience in commercial real estate finance, including lender-side work on mortgage originations and structured debt.
Experience handling workouts/restructurings of distressed CRE loans and transactional exposure to CRE purchases and sales.
Strong academic record and prior experience at a large regional, national, or international law firm preferred; excellent drafting, analytical, and client-communication skills.
