Mid-Level Associate — Structured Finance (Esoteric Assets)

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join a dynamic structured finance practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated finance transactions, with a focus on esoteric assets and structured finance products.

The structured finance group handles complex deals across lending, securitization, and similar finance structures. Ideal candidates will bring strong deal experience from a law firm environment and a genuine interest in asset-backed and structured transactions.

• At least four years of structured finance experience
• Strong deal experience at a law firm focused on structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures
• Experience across a variety of asset types and structures is preferred but not required
• Must be admitted to the state bar of the preferred office location
