An established Banking & Finance practice group is seeking an associate to join its Charlotte, North Carolina office. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in relocating to Charlotte to advance their finance career within a busy lending-focused team.

The role centers on secured commercial lending transactions, with exposure to a broad range of financing work including syndicated and bilateral bank financings, asset-based lending, NAV financings, acquisition financings and commodity financings.

The successful candidate will work on sophisticated financing matters alongside an experienced team, taking on meaningful responsibility in a collaborative practice environment.

4–6 years of experience in secured commercial lending transactions or another relevant finance practice
Background in syndicated and bilateral bank financings, asset-based lending, NAV financings, acquisition financings or commodity financings
Excellent academic credentials
Solid law firm or in-house legal experience
