The role centers on asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance work, including warehouse financing. You will work within a highly collaborative team that operates seamlessly across offices and advises clients on sophisticated financing matters.
Candidates should bring strong academic credentials and substantive law firm and transactional experience.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in structured finance and securitization
- Solid experience with asset-backed securities transactions
- Experience with warehouse financing and related structured finance transactions
- Strong law school academic credentials and sophisticated transactional law firm experience
