Mid-level real estate transactional associate role in Houston within a large, national practice. The team handles high-value acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, title work, and complex closings across a broad client base.

This is a partner-track position offering hands-on transactional work and direct mentorship from senior practitioners. Candidates will support negotiated purchases, leases and closings, perform title due diligence, and coordinate multi-party transactions.

Annual salary range: $260,000–$310,000.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
3–4 years of real estate transactional experience
Admission to and good standing with the Texas bar
Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, commercial leases, and related documents
Strong title review and closing experience; excellent communication and organizational skills
