Real Estate Associate — Houston

Growing real estate practice in Houston is seeking mid‑level to senior associates to join a busy transactional team. The role will involve working on financing, joint‑venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and development matters for institutional and private clients.

Strong candidates will value professional development and mentorship and will be comfortable handling complex, document‑heavy transactions. Candidates with related transactional experience outside real estate will also be considered.

• Mid‑level to senior associate with solid transactional experience
• Experience in one or more: mortgage or mezzanine debt (lender or borrower side), joint‑venture equity, acquisitions & dispositions, or development
• Comfortable working on complex, document‑intensive deals and coordinating with cross‑functional teams
• Interest in mentorship, professional growth and a collaborative team culture
