Real Estate Land Use Associate — Real Estate

National law firm is seeking a Real Estate Land Use Associate to join its Texas real estate team. The role is open to candidates based in Texas with in-office options in Austin, Dallas, or Houston, and consideration for a virtual-office arrangement for Texas residents.

The position focuses on land-use and zoning matters, supporting clients on entitlements, variances, platting and subdivision, city development agreements, and compliance with local land development codes. The role requires attendance at in-person zoning and planning meetings.

• Minimum of 5 years' real estate/land-use experience.
• Active Texas bar license and residence in Texas.
• Substantive experience with zoning, planning, land-use entitlements, variances, platting and subdivision, and city development contracts.
• Ability to attend in-person zoning and planning meetings and manage multiple matters under pressure.
• Strong judgment, client communication skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
