Join a large transactional real estate team as a dedicated associate within a structured client delivery model. You will work exclusively for a major client, delivering high-volume leasing and lettings work while benefiting from firm-level support, training and legal-technology resources.

The role offers flexibility with a primarily home-based setup and regular attendance at the Leeds office (and occasional client or London visits for onboarding). You will form part of a broader account team, help develop precedents and processes, and work with innovation tools to drive efficient, consistent delivery of legal services.

Qualified solicitor with around 3+ years PQE in commercial property/real estate (England & Wales).
Practical experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences to alter, rent deposit deeds and related lettings documentation.
Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload in a client-facing role and following structured processes.
Experience supervising junior fee-earners or paralegals and maintaining matter status logs.
Strong client-service, communication skills and a commercial approach; familiarity with legal tech and efficient delivery models desirable.
