Leading national firm seeks a mid-senior real estate associate to join its Miami office real estate team. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions for a mix of local and national clients across the United States.

Responsibilities include handling acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, debt and equity financings, and development matters. The role offers significant transactional responsibility, client contact, and mentorship from senior real estate practitioners to support technical development and business-building skills.

Approximately 4 years' experience in commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, financings, development)
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts and transactional documents
Strong academic record, excellent writing skills, and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, and ability to manage a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience at a regional or national law firm preferred
Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission
