Seeking a midlevel to senior transactional real estate associate to join a national real estate & land use practice. The role focuses on leasing and broader commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, construction and development, and financing across diverse property types.

Ideal candidates will draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents, work directly with clients and counterparties, and help structure pragmatic, outcome-oriented solutions. Candidates with experience applying AI tools (LLMs, document automation, workflow orchestration) to improve efficiency and matter delivery are strongly preferred.

The position offers in-office collaboration within a growing, high-performing team and is open to candidates in Seattle, Bellevue, San Francisco, or Chicago. Standard professional benefits and discretionary bonus eligibility are offered.

Minimum 5 years of relevant transactional real estate experience (midlevel to senior associate).
Significant leasing experience; familiarity with acquisitions/dispositions, development, and real estate finance preferred.
Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage complex commercial real estate documents and closings.
Strong client-facing skills, business judgment, and a collaborative, proactive approach.
Experience using AI/document automation tools preferred; ability to adopt technology to improve workflows.
Active law license in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to be licensed.
