Top-tier New York office seeks a 4–7 PQE associate to join a real estate team focused on lender-side finance matters. The role centers on drafting, negotiating and managing loan and security documentation for commercial real estate financings.

Successful candidates will work on complex, market-facing transactions within a collaborative international practice and will engage with both domestic and cross-border matters. Admission to the New York Bar and prior big‑law lender-side real estate finance experience are required.

Competitive salary range disclosed: $310,000–$420,000 (exact compensation dependent on experience).

4–7 years’ post‑qualification experience in lender-side real estate finance
