Real Estate Associate — Los Angeles (2–5 years)

A mid-level real estate associate role within a large international firm’s Los Angeles office. The team handles a broad, high-volume commercial real estate practice representing institutional investors, private equity real estate funds and lenders across all phases of the investment cycle.

Day-to-day work will focus on commercial transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and borrower-side financings, with exposure to complex lending, joint ventures and portfolio matters. • JD and 2–5 years of law firm experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions and borrower-side financings
• Comfortable handling high-volume transactional matters and coordinating with cross‑border or multi‑office teams
• Strong academic credentials, drafting, negotiation and client communication skills
