Join a Chambers-ranked real estate practice supporting sophisticated, large-scale acquisition, disposition, joint venture, development, financing and leasing matters across the U.S. The team advises owners, investors, operators, developers and institutional clients on commercial projects including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, energy and digital infrastructure.

The firm is seeking an associate with strong commercial real estate transaction experience to join the Los Angeles office (Boston considered). The role will support acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leasing transactions, work both independently and as part of cross-office teams, and deliver high-quality client service while continuing professional development.

This position generally requires in-office attendance approximately 60% of the time in line with the firm’s hybrid working guidelines.

J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
Admitted or eligible for admission in California or Massachusetts
Experience on acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leases; ability to review and comment on loan documents, purchase agreements and leases
Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organization and ability to work collaboratively on national teams
