3–6 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm
Experience with real estate finance, acquisitions/purchase & sale, and/or joint ventures preferred
Strong drafting skills, matter-management experience, and client-facing ability
Proven supervision of junior attorneys and paralegals
Juris Doctor (ABA-accredited law school) and membership in a U.S. state bar required; resume/CV and law school transcript requested
