Top-tier New York office of a leading international law firm is seeking a mid‑level to senior real estate associate to join its nationally ranked Real Estate Practice Group. The role offers work on complex, sophisticated transactions across financing, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures, with significant client contact and teamwork.

Successful candidates will join a collegial, growth‑oriented team and will be involved in substantive, high‑visibility matters while developing deeper sector expertise. The salary range for this New York role is $260,000 to $435,000, commensurate with experience.

JD (class years circa 2017–2023) with at least 3+ years post‑graduate real estate experience
Experience on lender or borrower mortgage and mezzanine financings, real estate acquisitions/dispositions, and/or joint venture transactions
Proven ability to manage matter components independently and to work effectively on teams
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated business acumen
Licensed to practice in New York, or immediately eligible for admission
Excellent academic credentials and professional references
