Top-tier New York office seeking a 2-3 year associate to join a busy real estate practice. The role involves representing sophisticated clients on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and real estate-secured lending.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing title work, documenting and negotiating leases and loan documents, and managing transactions through to closing. Candidates should be comfortable handling multiple matters simultaneously and producing clear, client-ready written work.
