Real Estate Associate — New York (3–5 years)

Top-tier New York office seeking a transactional real estate associate with 3–5 years’ experience. The role focuses on general real estate matters — purchase and sale, joint ventures and financings — with commercial leasing experience strongly preferred.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating transactional documents, conducting legal research, supporting closings and financings, and participating in client calls and meetings. The position offers hybrid office arrangements and opportunities for professional development within a large international practice.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in real estate transactions at a large or mid-size firm
• Admission to practice in New York
• Strong transactional drafting, research, and negotiation skills; commercial leasing experience highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
