Mid-level associate opportunity in a large New York real estate practice handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Work will span acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation and leasing for institutional and corporate matters.

3–5 years' experience in commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation and/or leasing)
Prior law firm experience with strong academic credentials
Demonstrated drafting and deal-management skills on complex transactions
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or plans to obtain admission
