Ideal candidates will have demonstrated big‑law experience, strong commercial judgment and the ability to manage complex transactions across multiple stakeholders. Admission to the New York Bar is required.

4–7 years' post‑qualification experience in transactional real estate (big‑law background preferred)
Experience on acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development projects and real estate financings
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on purchase, financing and JV documentation
Admission to the New York Bar
Ability to work collaboratively on cross‑border and multi‑discipline matters
