Leading New York real estate team seeks mid‑ to senior‑level associates to join a growing transactional practice. The role will focus on a mix of real estate finance, joint‑venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and development matters.

Strong candidates may have experience on the lender or borrower side of mortgage/mezzanine transactions, joint‑venture structuring, and real estate acquisitions/dispositions. The group values professional development, mentorship and a collaborative culture; applicants with other transactional backgrounds who can transfer skills will also be considered.

Juris Doctor and admission (or eligibility) to the New York bar
Mid‑ to senior‑associate level real estate transactional experience (finance, joint ventures, acquisitions/dispositions and/or development)
Demonstrated drafting and negotiation skills on complex agreements
Strong academic record, teamwork orientation, and commitment to client service
