Real Estate Associate — Orange County

Growing real estate team in Orange County is seeking mid‑ to senior‑level associates to join a busy transactional practice. The role covers mortgage and mezzanine finance, joint‑venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and development matters.

Ideal candidates will be transactionally focused, enjoy collaborative teams and mentorship, and seek hands‑on experience across lender/borrower and equityside work. Candidates with strong transactional experience outside real estate will also be considered.

• Mid‑ to senior‑associate level (transactional real estate experience)
• Experience in one or more: mortgage/mezzanine debt (lender or borrower), joint‑venture equity, acquisitions & dispositions, or development
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; comfort managing deals and client communications
• Team player who values mentorship and professional growth
