Growing real estate finance team in Orange County seeks a junior associate with 1–2 years' experience to support commercial real estate and finance matters. The role focuses on documenting construction and term loan facilities, handling due diligence, and supporting financings across property types including hotels/resorts, industrial, office and specialized facilities.

You'll work closely with senior lawyers and have regular client-facing responsibility in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Strong drafting and organizational skills are required; this position offers exposure to national and regional banks, insurance debt funds and private lenders.

The position includes a competitive base salary range and will be compensated consistent with experience and applicable law.

1–2 years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate or real estate finance
Experience with loan documentation (construction and term loans) and diligence for CRE transactions
Familiarity with financings involving banks, debt funds or private equity lenders
Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take on client-facing responsibility
