Growing real estate practice in Palo Alto seeks a transactional associate to support leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financings for technology and life‑sciences clients. The team handles a full range of commercial real estate matters and offers exposure to sophisticated, client‑facing transactions.

The role provides significant responsibility and direct client contact within a small, collaborative group. Associates receive active mentoring and ongoing training to develop drafting, negotiation and project management skills.

2–4 years of transactional real estate experience at a law firm, including leasing and purchase & sale transactions
Licensed to practice in California
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; solid academic credentials
