Seeking a partner-track associate to join a transactional real estate team in the Philadelphia office. The role involves handling commercial real estate matters across the U.S., with regular drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and related ancillary agreements.

Experience with real estate development and land use/permitting is a plus. The team values excellent writing, strong attention to detail, and collaborative, client-focused work. The office follows a hybrid work approach requiring on-site attendance three days per week.

3-4 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate transactions
Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating purchase & sale agreements, leases, and real estate financing documents
Familiarity with real estate development and land use/permitting preferred
Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and solid academic credentials
