Top-tier national law firm is seeking Real Estate Associates to join its multi-office US real estate practice. The role involves working on a range of commercial real estate matters alongside deal teams across several offices.

Associates will work on transactional matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financings and related due diligence and title matters. The team offers cross-office collaboration and exposure to regional and national clients.

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission or eligibility to be admitted to the bar in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
Prior experience on commercial real estate matters (leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, financings, title/due diligence).
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; ability to work with cross-office teams.
Client-service orientation and ability to manage multiple matters to deadline.
