Growing national transactional real estate team seeks a partner-track associate to join its Philadelphia office. The role involves drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and other transactional work on matters across the United States.

Ideal candidates have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and interest or experience in real estate development and land use permitting. The firm supports a hybrid in-office model (generally three days per week) to balance collaboration and flexibility.

3–4 years' transactional real estate experience
Experience drafting and negotiating purchase & sale agreements, leasing, and financing documents
Familiarity with real estate development and land use permitting is a plus
Excellent writing, strong attention to detail, and solid academic record
